I have just placed my order. What happens next?
You will receive an order confirmation. All orders placed after 12 midday, will be shipped the next business day.

How will my order be packed?
Your Epicare will arrive in a business envelope with no mention of Epicare or facial hair threading to protect your privacy.

How long before I receive my order?
Upon shipping confirmation, delivery is as follows:- 3 - 4 business days

How do you ship my order?
The purchase price of NZ$25.95 includes gst and postage within New Zealand

I have not received my order. Can you track it?
While, we try to ensure prompt delivery of your order, sometimes your order may not reach you in a timely manner due to destination post office delays, etc. In most cases, your order should reach you within the specified time frame. In rare instances where you still have not received your order after the specified time frame, please do contact us by e-mail to let us know. We are prompt in answering e-mails.

What if I am not satisfied with Epicare?
If you are dissatisfied with Epicare for whatever reason, please e-mail us within 14 days of purchase for a Return Authorization Number. Ship your Epicare back to us in its original packaging within the next 7 days and we will give you a full refund less $3.50 handling fees. Shipping is not refundable.
