While, we try to ensure prompt delivery of your order, sometimes your

What if I am not
satisfied with Epicare?
If you are dissatisfied with Epicare for whatever reason, please
e-mail us within 14 days of purchase for a Return Authorization
Number. Ship your Epicare back to us in its original packaging within
the next 7 days and we will give you a full refund less $3.50 handling
fees. Shipping is not refundable.
